Mizan AgentGate Privacy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

What this service processes

Mizan AgentGate receives the JSON content you submit to AgentCheck or AgentGate so it can generate a deterministic response. If you use the Mizan AgentGate GPT, ChatGPT may transmit action inputs to this service when an action is invoked.

Application storage

The current public beta does not intentionally persist AgentCheck or AgentGate request payloads in application storage. The service processes requests in memory and returns the result. Cloud infrastructure may retain operational metadata such as request time, route, status, latency and service logs according to the Google Cloud configuration and retention settings.

Secrets and personal data

Do not submit passwords, API secrets, payment credentials, private keys, or unnecessary personal data. Use masked or synthetic values when testing whenever possible.

How data is used

Submitted content is used to provide the requested evaluation, operate and secure the service, diagnose failures, and improve the product. We do not claim that a result establishes real-world truth, legal compliance, or security certification.

Third-party infrastructure

The beta is hosted on Google Cloud. If you access it through a GPT, OpenAI is also involved in processing the content needed to operate ChatGPT and the action request under the terms applicable to your use of ChatGPT.

Your choices

Avoid submitting sensitive data. If a production customer later enables persistent tenant records, billing, or audit storage, the privacy notice will be updated before those features are represented as active.
